The location seemed to be convenient as it was easy to find and accessible. the room was a nightmare - ants were crawling all over the floor and the bathroom was poorly maintained. Despite multiple reminders, it took hours for the staff to provide basic amenities like soap and towels. As for facilities, there were none worth mentioning.

The service was extremely disappointing.

Location was good, with easy access to public transport. Price was reasonable for a city break, and the room size was adequate for two people. the bed was comfortable and clean.

The room had an ant problem which made it uncomfortable and inconvenient. We had to request towels and soap multiple times before they were finally provided and the staff did not seem particularly attentive to our needs.

During my Christmas vacation, I appreciated the proximity to the city center and how the hotel provided a shuttle to nearby attractions. the complimentary breakfast was decent.

My stay was severely unpleasant due to the infestation of ants everywhere in my room. It took several hours for someone to come to clean the washroom, and I had to remind them multiple times for basic amenities like towels and soap which never arrived.
